What are your fees

We run all our client’s cases under a no win, no fee arrangement. This means that if we are unable to win your case we will not charge you for any work which we have completed. However, if we do win your case we will charge a fee equal to a percentage of the compensation which we have achieved for you.

We do not charge up-front fees or advance payments, and there are no minimum charges or hidden costs to pay – instead we take a flat fee of 25% of the total benefit which you receive as a result of our work plus
VAT.

For the purposes of calculating our fee “total benefit” is taken to mean any cash refund which you receive plus any additional debt reduction or cancellation which your PPI provider agrees to. To avoid confusion we have prepared some example scenarios to demonstrate how our fee works:

  • You make a successful claim for a refund of PPI attached to your credit card. You receive a cash refund of £567. Our fee is 25% of this amount plus VAT. The total amount which you would be charged is £170.10.
  • You claim for the PPI attached to your mortgage. You receive a refund of £3450 and mortgage arrears totalling £1935 are written off. Your total benefit is £5385 and our fee is 25% of this amount plus VAT. The total cost to you is £1615.50
  • You claim for the PPI attached to your personal loan. The amount which you have paid towards the PPI is £2400, but your loan repayments are in arrears by £5100. The entire refund is used to reduce your loan arrears to £2700 and you do not receive any cash. Your total benefit is £2400 and we will charge you 25% of this plus VAT. Our total fee will be £720.

If you cancel your claim before we are able to win your refund, we will charge you based on the amount of work completed up until the point of cancellation. If you refuse to provide information, sign papers or otherwise fail to co-operate with us in the management of your claim then we may take your behaviour as notice of cancellation and invoice you accordingly.
