Meet Our Team

Having explained how the PPI reclaiming process works, we thought that you would like to know more about the key individuals who will be dealing with your case so we have prepared some short profiles below:

Brad

Brad trained as a solicitor with one of the UKs top national law firms before working as a senior litigator. In 2007 he left his previous post to pursue his passion for consumer justice and set up Everything Legal Ltd. Brad has served as our Managing Director since the company was founded and continues to provide strategic leadership.

Samantha

Samantha joined the company shortly after it was founded and is now our Claims Manager. Samantha is responsible for supervising and providing training to our team of dedicated claims handlers, and it is her job to ensure that standards of customer service and quality remain consistently high. Samantha personally oversees the winning of thousands of claims each year, worth millions of pounds to our clients.

Hayley

Hayley is Everything Legal’s acting office manager. Her job is to deal with logistical and operation problems to ensure that the business continues to operate smoothly and efficiently. Hayley’s remit includes human resources, organisational support and IT support.

The Claims Team

Our team of experienced claims handlers are probably the most important people in our organisation. These are the people who will be your first point of contact if you have any queries or concerns, and they will deal with every aspect of your claim form the time your case is opened, right through to the point at which your PPI provider pays you your refund.
